What payment methods do you accept?

Our PayPal checkout accepts payments through various methods including credit cards, bank accounts, or PayPal account balances.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you place your order, please allow for three business days for our team to pick and ship your products out of our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

If you would like to make changes to an existing order, please contact us by providing all order information, or by calling our customer support line at 905-332-6652. Depending on the status of the order, we will do our best to make order changes as requested.

How do I cancel an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped out of our facility, you can cancel your order by contacting us here with all relevant order information including your order number, or by calling our customer support line at 905-332-6652.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our team at info@bmfonline.com with photos of the damage, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.

Why are some products only available for quote?

Our bigger fixture units and nesting tables are only available for quote on our website at this time. This is due to shipping logistics that prevent the items from being shipped by a standard courier. If you are interested in these products, please submit a request for a quote. Our team will get back to you within two business days with the quote and will be available to finalize the order when you're ready to proceed.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bmfonline.com. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping cost and do not provide return labels.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping costs are automatically calculated based on size, weight, and distance from our shipping hub in Burlington, Ontario. To see the estimated shipping costs, please begin the checkout process with the items you are interested in and your shipping address.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times once in the hands of the courier vary based on the shipping destination. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days after your order is shipped, please contact our team.

How do I update my account details?

If you want to update your account information, including your saved shipping address(es), please log into your account and select 'View addresses' within your profile. From there, you can add, edit or delete any existing addresses, as well as add an address as default.

What is the process of working with BMF?

When all the goods are ready, our field installers dismantle your existing fixtures and complete the renovations a section at a time to minimize disruption.
